We shall analyse all our customer’s remarks, observations and assessments regarding our products in order to improve their quality. 5. We shall maintain kind, friendly and cooperative relations among our staff. 6. We shall be loyal to our company, reinforce its significance, positive image and position on the market. We shall observe the valid procedures and legal order, honestly fulfil our responsibilities and care for the company’s property as for our own. 7.
