Aga Light’s Code of Ethics
The company’s goal is to provide our customers with healthy and comfortable lighting systems. To achieve that goal Aga Light’s staff are bound to comply with the following ethical principles:
1. We shall act taking into account exclusively the good and welfare of the customer. With that end in view, we shall employ our expertise, experience and technical means.
2. The prices and profit shall be calculated at the level allowing for competition and range of services that we provide and the quality of our products. We shall not act in the deception of the customer to increase prices or decrease the quality of our products.
3. We shall continuously improve our expertise in order to match the quality of our services to the latest achievements in the technology of lighting systems.
4. We shall create the image of a professional and reliable company through manufacturing products of the highest quality and implementing our policy of honesty in business. We shall analyse all our customer’s remarks, observations and assessments regarding our products in order to improve their quality.
5. We shall maintain kind, friendly and cooperative relations among our staff.
6. We shall be loyal to our company, reinforce its significance, positive image and position on the market. We shall observe the valid procedures and legal order, honestly fulfil our responsibilities and care for the company’s property as for our own.
7. We shall provide services and deliver financial aid to charitable institutions, support and help those in need.
8. We declare to maintain a reasonable balance between official and family responsibilities so as not only to support the family, but also to promote positive behaviour patters in the upbringing of the younger generation.
